Disassemble, clean and inspect damper and air spring/coil

Rebuild damper and air spring with fresh seals and oil.

Functions check on damper

Install damper and air spring/ coil

Install wipers

Install lowers w/ fresh bath fluid

Restore settings

Functions check & final cleaning
Full Shock Service

Remove air can and seals / remove coil

Clean air can / coil

Functions test on hand dyno

Disassemble, clean and inspect damper

Assembled damper w/ fresh seals and oil

Install new seals on air can

Test air spring

Restore settings

This is performed in conjunction with a complete Rebuild or on a brand new shock or fork.
