Basic Suspension Service / 50hr Service

Basic Fork Service
  • Clean exterior

  • Remove and clean lowers 

  • Remove, clean, and inspect the damper & air spring/coil 

  • Clean and inspect CSU

  • Install the damper and air spring/coil

  • Install wipers 

  • Install lowers w/ fresh bath fluid 

  • Restore settings 

  • Functions check & final cleaning 

Basic Shock Service
  • Clean exterior 

  • Remove air can and seals 

  • Clean and inspect air can and damper 

  • Functions test on  hand dyno

  • Install new seals w/flesh lube

  • Test air spring 

  • Restore settings

  • Functions chech & final cleaning

Complete Suspension Service / 200hr Serivce

Full Fork Service
  • Clean exterior

  • Remove and clean lowers 

  • Remove and inspect damper & air spring/coil 

  • Clean and inspect CSU

  • Disassemble, clean and inspect damper and air spring/coil

  • Rebuild damper and air spring with fresh seals and oil.

  • Functions check on damper

  • Install damper and air spring/ coil

  • Install wipers 

  • Install lowers w/ fresh bath fluid 

  • Restore settings 

  • Functions check & final cleaning

Full Shock Service
  • Clean exterior 

  • Remove air can and seals / remove coil 

  • Clean air can / coil

  • Functions test on hand dyno

  • Disassemble, clean and inspect damper

  • Assembled damper w/ fresh seals and oil

  • Functions test on hand dyno

  • Install new seals on air can 

  • Test air spring 

  • Restore settings

  • Functions chech & final cleaning

Custom Suspension Tuning 

This is performed in conjunction with a complete Rebuild or on a brand new shock or fork.

  • Evaluate settings with the rider 

  • Determin needs for re-valve 

  • Choose tune modification 

  • Install new shims 

  • Assembled damper 

  • Functions check on the damper

  • Finish assembly of suspension piece

  • Install settings 

  • Functions check and final cleaning

Dropper Post Services 

  • Clean exterior 

  • Disassemble post

  • Clean & Inspect 

  • Install new seals if needed

  • Assemble the post with fresh lube

  • Charge IFP if applicable 

  • Functions check & final cleaning
